Punchy Pumpkins - Georgian Terrace, Cheltenham

Amidst the challenges of lockdown, we collaborated with the Cheltenham Street Art Festival and the homeowners to create a piece of artwork that complemented the beauty of the Georgian street while reflecting the essence of its residents. Our mural featured a recurring motif of tumbling nasturtiums, pumpkins, a curious bird, and a cricket sporting a fez hat. Employing colors that harmonized with the original house palette, we opted for a bold and striking limited color scheme. The success of this mural extended beyond local acclaim, earning national recognition and accolades within the community. It was a heartening experience to bring a touch of painted joy during such a challenging year.

Bears and Beetles - Victorian Terrace, Bristol

Nestled in the vibrant community of St. Werburghs, Bristol, this enchanting commission brought immense delight as we painted away! Tory and Ed envisioned a mural that would reflect their personalities, eager to share a piece of themselves with the street and their neighbors. The end result? A captivating scene featuring a lilac grizzly bear, delicate dahlias, and shimmering iridescent beetles scaling the brickwork. Though an unconventional blend of elements, we relished the experience and challenge of weaving them into a cohesive and compelling mural to make their house stand out!

Prairie House, Bristol, UK

A Williams Morris inspired design incorporating some of the client’s favourite summer flowers adorns a house in Montpelier, Bristol.

“Who wouldn’t want a Lucas Antics design on their house?! Especially one with a a bear giving excellent side eye! We are so lucky to have had Lucas Antics paint the front of our house. We fell in love with their art just walking around Bristol and seeing all the beautiful work they have done around town!”
